Which WebRTC SDK do you integrate with?
We work with Daily.co, Agora, and LiveKit as primary providers. We pick the right one based on your scale, recording needs, and budget. If you have a specific provider preference, just tell us during the brief.
Will you give me the source code?
Yes — every order ships as a private GitHub repository with full source code, a README, and a PDF integration guide. You own everything we deliver.
Which platforms can you integrate WebRTC into?
We integrate into web apps (React, Vue, Next.js, vanilla JS), mobile apps (React Native, Flutter, native iOS/Android), and backends (Node.js, Laravel, Django, Rails) for signaling and access tokens.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Discovery calls and reports are delivered within 2-4 days. Starter integrations take 5-7 business days. Group and enterprise builds typically run 7-14 business days, depending on scope and stack.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Every plan includes one revision round at no charge. Enterprise Suite includes a 30-day fix window for any bugs or integration issues we introduce.
Technical
Do I need my own TURN server?
Not for hosted SDKs (Daily, Agora) — they include TURN. For self-hosted LiveKit or coturn deployments, we will guide your team through provisioning and capacity planning, included in the deliverable.
Can you add recording and screen sharing?
Yes. Group Calling Pro and Enterprise Suite include screen sharing. Enterprise Suite adds cloud and local recording, plus an admin dashboard for downloads and call logs.
Billing
How do payments work?
All purchases are one-time payments via Authorize.Net using Visa or Mastercard. No subscriptions, no recurring charges. Your card statement will show a single charge from the merchant of record.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If we cannot deliver what you ordered, you get a full refund to your original payment method.

How do I communicate with the team during the project?
Each order has a built-in chat thread on your dashboard. Messages are real-time — both you and our engineer see new messages without refreshing.
